SHIPPING POLICY

You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is on its way to you. Orders are processed Monday through Friday 800am-430pm CST. Please note that during Holidays and days such as Cyber Monday, or Black Friday orders may take slightly longer to process. Please allow additional time for shipping and handling during promotional sales. Thanks for your understanding.
Print Remedy primarily ships via USPS. Please note at times packages may be shipped using other carriers such as UPS, or FedEx.

  • Print Remedy cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Customers will be charged for the return shipment, which is equivalent to the original shipping cost. If you received free shipping then you will be charged a standard shipping rate to attempt a redelivery.
  • You will receive a shipping notification via e-mail after your order has been shipped. This will include a tracking number and expected delivery date.
  • Please make sure you include all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc). In the event you need an address correction, please contact us immediately. Please have your order number and the correct shipping information on-hand.
