RETURN POLICY
- What is your return policy?
- We accept items that have not been worn, washed, or used that were purchased from Print Remedy.com within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Any merchandise that is considered worn or used may not qualify for a refund, or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Please note that shipping and handling are not refundable.
- If a product does need to be returned for any reason the consumer is held responsible for shipping and handling and proper packaging.
- What about my refund?
- Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
- When you mail back your return merchandise you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
- How do I return my order?
- Download and submit the return form HERE.
- Securely repackage your merchandise and include your receipt with your return. If using the original package cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package.

- Ship your package using the carrier of your choice, we recommend USPS or UPS, and keep the tracking details for your records.
- You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
