RETURN POLICY

  1. What is your return policy?
  • We accept items that have not been worn, washed, or used that were purchased from Print Remedy.com within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Any merchandise that is considered worn or used may not qualify for a refund, or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Please note that shipping and handling are not refundable.
  • If a product does need to be returned for any reason the consumer is held responsible for shipping and handling and proper packaging.
  1. What about my refund?
  • Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
  • When you mail back your return merchandise you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  1. How do I return my order?
  • Download and submit the return form HERE.
  • Securely repackage your merchandise and include your receipt with your return. If using the original package cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package.

  1. Ship your package using the carrier of your choice, we recommend USPS or UPS, and keep the tracking details for your records.
  2. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
